Iris360 Lights not working and Micro SD probably not working

Hi,
The camera does not turn on its lights when on. I hear the noise and can see a weak blue light left on the sd slot.

it started like this, then suddenly in one of the many turns on/off testing the unit, suddenly the lights (ntech logo and leds around the top panel started to work, but a red light came up. Reseted to defaults and then off all the lights again but those hidden leds inside of what it looks like a hd led inside the unit the work and the noise on the camera looks like normal use. Also can surf the app with no problems but cannot take a picture at all.

but then the green bar dissapears like this.

The camera does not take pictures,
i formated the cards in fat32 slow format with witndows 10 with 3 different sd cards, and bought a new one to try. No luck.

Also tried to change the options. Formated

Help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Same problem - when did you receive yours Wojciech? Got mine yesterday, brand new but it doesn't work. I also thought it might be the SD card so I formatted but with no luck. Its a Lexar 16GB MicroSDHC

When I switch mine on there is a small green light on the top and then after some time - red solids all round. On two occasions instead of getting the Red Solid all round I get soft red flashing lights all round. 

I haven't even seen the blue lights once which is depressing!! lol

Can anyone who has a red LED issue not yet reported to us please raise a Support Ticket and we'll process it from there as the most likely issue will be one or more of the sensors has malfunctioned.

Oooo! 
Just already started to work!

I have just remove battery for about 1 minute. When put it back and turn on to the camera it started working normally.

Could be solution - we will se how long :)

Hi,

Never had red LED issue but sd card not recognized is a daily constant.

Solution: Power off iris first, remove sd card and insert sd card again,

Power on iris again. My procedure until the card is recognized.

I've done this almost every day, has resulted so far.
