We have a production meeting on Monday to discuss how we are going to handle the upgrades. We want to turn then around in as short a time as possible, but without impacting on our production line of existing iris360 orders.
So I'll have a better picture of how timescales will work from Tuesday onward. But if you place your pre-order now then you are in the queue to have your unit updated. We won't take payment until we are ready to do so.
You'll get an email when we are ready to have your unit shipped back. It will then take around 24 hours for the upgrade, excluding and shipping times to/from our production facility in Scotland.
