Iris photos are blurry

A consistent problem I have noticed with the Iris is that the images being taken lack any crispness to edges. Everything seems a little blurry, especially if viewed on a larger screen. However, even when seen at its native size (8000x4000) without any stretching, the images lack that crisp feeling.

Does anyone else have an issue with this?

My theory: the internal fan is causing vibrations during image capture which affects the lenses and the light coming into the camera.

We received the camera last week and we have the same problem, blurred pictures :(

Iris 360 v2 with last firmware (v1.3.10).

I tested the camera outdoor and indoor. Blurry pictures in both scenaries with different settings.
Close objects are ok but objects at middle and large distance are blurred.

It is possible that the camera take pictures in "macro" all the time?

Felix. There is lots of information on this subject in this thread. If you expire your tests and yet the camera does not perform well submit a ticket with nctech support and seek support. My camera is at nctech for over 5 business days and I am awaiting feedback on recalibration or whatever they find wrong with it since I expired all testing I could possibly could and quality was a definite issue. Same problem here, after upgrade to the new Iris360 with enlarged POV, all the panos taking are quite blur, no matter interior or exterior, see my examples vtour:

Although I received the same defective machine 02 times and is watering a solution for the second defect .... despite all this ... I was prepared to study the Iris360 System ... and as an experienced professional I developed a script that corrects In 95% the lack of Sharpness, Chromatic Aberration and the great increase of noise.
