White screen on startup

If you see a white screen on starting your iSTAR unit, or you see the iSTAR logo and the unit fails to continue to the home screen, ensure you have updated your unit to the latest firmware: http://support.nctechimaging.com/forums/21897927

A re-install of the latest firmware update will resolve this issue.
