Here's how you can change the logo in Immersive Studio:
- Prepare your own logo in .png format (with alpha channel) and name it logo.png
- Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\NCTech\Logo
- Delete or rename ConvertedLogo.png
- Copy your logo there (name should be logo.png)
After you stitch one image, you can see that a new file called ConvertedLogo.png is created and it is the wrapped version of logo.png.
Notes:
- You can then delete logo.png from the above folder.
- If you change your logo, you need to delete ConvertedLogo.png so iStudio can create a new one from the new logo.png.
Hi Andrew
Is this point still valid, as I've tried and I can't get it to work?
I followed your instructions and a new ConvertedLogo.png wasn't created nor did it appear in the stitched image.
Thanks
Ashley
Yes this point is still valid. Are you sure you are creating a .png file with an alpha channel for your logo?
Hi Andrew
Yes, I was using one of my original .png logo's. I checked in my photo editing software (Gimp) and this says it has Channels: Red, Green, Blue and Alpha. Is the logo only meant to be just an Alpha channel? If so, then it would be a black & white logo only? Or am I missing something obvious here?
Thanks
Ashley
Can you raise a Support Ticket Ashley and add your logo to the ticket and I'll take a look at it for you.
Just done it, thanks as ever Andrew for your very prompt replies.
What is the recommended images size to fit well within the nedir of the iris360?
Indeed, I would like to start preparing graphics ahead of planned tours
If you could just publish some of yours at optimum size and design - we can use that as a template - Cheers
Will also be trying Black - white - versions or just photograph the floor of the shoot - use that as a logo file ..... I think
what should the logo size be?
