This FAQ relates to the below error status encountered in Immersive Studio while processing data downloaded from iSTAR Pulsar+:
Users should in the first instance ensure that they are using the latest version of Immersive Studio. The most recent release is available for download here, and a version history is maintained here.
If this is the case, the next thing to check is that all data for the capture is present within the source directory - as shown above, in this example the source directory would be D:\01368-1555939438
Below is the standard output for an iSTAR Pulsar+ capture:
All 13 of these files must be present in order for a capture to be processed - if any of these are missing, users may attempt to re-download the capture from the iSTAR Pulsar+ device. Users should also take care when copying/moving iSTAR Pulsar+ data from location to location, and ensure that it arrives at the destination location in it's entirety.
With all of the above in mind, users who are still having difficulty in processing their data may raise a support ticket and we will be happy to investigate further. In doing so, please confirm that the above steps have been checked, and provide a screenshot of the capture in question's fileset, similar to the above.
