All communication with iSTAR Pulsar is handled via our dedicated mobile app for Android - you can obtain this by raising a Support Ticket, our Support Team will supply the app in a secure manner.

Upon receipt, users should open the APK file provided and follow the instructions provided by their device in order to install.
