Power adapter broken while still on warranty period

Hello,

 The 12V (European) AC power adapter of my Iris360 is broken, being still on the warranty period. I've tested it with a multimeter and it's sure the problem comes from the adapter, and not the camera itself.

Is there a way to manage the replacement directly from NCTech instead of through the reseller? Just to save time, my reseller is slow as hell and I need my camera as soon as possible.

I can provide my camera serial number or any other needed information.
