Buy Back Scheme?

So I got my Iris 360 a number of months ago and wasn't happy with the images produced by it. Several emails back and forth and no real progress made.

Have never used it on a commercial shoot.

Took it out of it's case for the first time since and updated the firmware etc. to see if it was any better...nope.

Seeing as I've not been happy from day one, do NCTech offer any kind of buyback scheme because this is a very expensive paperweight at the moment.
