I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your device - I see that you've raised a support ticket around this issue, I'm reviewing this right now and will respond via the ticket shortly.
You guys sent the camera back to me a few months ago. I did not open it do to the frustrations I had with the 1st one. I charged it last night. I noticed that when I tuned it on a light blue light came on by where you charge it. Today I turned it on the switch by where it gets charged. It would not go on. Then I pressed the power button on the top of the camera. Again there were no blue circular light going around as it normally displayed when there power.. You guys just shipped the iris 360 back a few months ago. Can you please explain what I need to do?"
