poor quality

I am still not lucky with the quality of the panos. My "feeling" is that my Ricoh Theta for a couple of hundert dollars take better pictures then your expensive camera. My last shooting, my customer complain about the sharpness and colors, and he is right! I am a professional photographer, Google Trusted and spend a lot of money for this camera!

Hi Rolf,

You posted the above in the thread for the new iris360 Pro, which is a different product (it hasn't yet been released) - as such, I've moved your post to the iris360 thread.

Note that the samples you have provided above are not of the full resolution that iris360 is capable of, they are 4000x2000 where you can achieve 8000x4000 with this product.  Being of lower resolution, they will not be as sharp as they could be.

In addition, the lenses do not look clean, the right-hand half of the images in particular demonstrate some kind of smearing on the lens, which isn't helping image quality.

Furthermore, I think (but can't be sure) that HDR+ was used here, when I don't think it was necessary - I would say that HDR On would be more appropriate in this case.

If taking on board the above advice you'd still like further assistance with the quality of image produced by your camera, please raise a support ticket here, I can then provide you with a shared folder to upload one or two further samples.

Hi Dusan,

To minimise noise/grain in your iris360 images, I would recommend shooting using as low an ISO as possible, typically ISO100 in outdoor and/or well-lit environments, and ISO400 in most indoor shots.

If after doing this you still feel that your images demonstrate excessive noise/grain, please raise a support ticket here and provide a couple of example images for me to take a look at.  For each sample image, please also supply the .nctdi file, which will tell me the settings/workflow that were used.
