I have purchased the IRIS 360. And I have one problem as following.

Dear Sir,

When I pressd the 'camera image' button at Android App for picture, this procedure was stopped on picturing and then Microsd card is writing locked.

Can you advice any solution?

Hi there,

Could you please raise a support ticket around this issue and supply a screenshot that shows what is happening when you attempt to capture an image?
