problems and problems

I have troubles with my iris360 and i am really tired because of the problems. Device sometimes get charged sometimes not, detects sd card if card is new otherwise after connecting any pc (no matters) doesn't detect anymore. I am trying all you suggest at support page, nothing changes. Iris360 is working if it wants. If it doesn't want to work, whatever you made it doesn't work.

Season is now opening and tomorrow i scheduled my first customer of the season, i don't know what i will do... I could captured 4-5 business during nine months with iris, because i am wasting my time to solving its problems and also wasting my money for more sd cards.

Any new suggestions? What should i do?
