I have troubles with my iris360 and i am really tired because of the problems. Device sometimes get charged sometimes not, detects sd card if card is new otherwise after connecting any pc (no matters) doesn't detect anymore. I am trying all you suggest at support page, nothing changes. Iris360 is working if it wants. If it doesn't want to work, whatever you made it doesn't work.
