The logos are saved directly to the cameras' firmware.
The size has to be around 2580 x 2580 px. PNG and you'll want to use a transparent background if you plan to place the logo over the mirrorball.
See our web page regarding the nadir options. The patching with a handheld camera is an in development feature which is not yet available, which is why it's not referenced in the user manual.
