Colored pixels

Hi,

so Im just getting used to the Istar system.
I realized when zooming into the picture, stitched or even source Jpegs, that there are a lot of bright(R,G,B) coloured pixels.
Anybody else having this issue?

Thanks

I would have to check, I didn't take some of those.
I looked at different HDRI taken in different light conditions, so different ISO for sure, and they all have those RGB pixels.
I will do some more tests and write down the the settings and let you know.
Im also waiting on the serial number, so I can make a support ticket and send you some example Jpegs.

Thanks

Look on the base of the unit - the serial number is printed there. If you don't have the unit to hand, open any of the source folders from iSTAR and open INF.TXT - the serial number is listed there.

Hi,

we experienced the same problem before. We had to send back the camera as it probably was some hardware issue.

Best regards
