serial number in street view spherical photo

why the spherical photos posted in street view appears the serial number of the camera iris, I can do to delete or change ?.Look the spherical photos in street view "Mancora, north of Peru".

i have not yet com across this, but my unit has same miss-alignment issues as yours.

Hi Guillaume, take your computer, go to google chrome, then google maps, there looking for your photo 360 and open, in the photo on the upper left corner you see the serial number, there you can change the name.

If you have a Mac, not do it for safari some times it has conflict, do with google chrome

Thanks for the Tip Walter.

I'm still waiting for an answer from nctech to see if there is a way to take it out of the exif so I don't need to do that every time..

I'm having the same problem. This is a recent problem an NCTech camera issue. A software fix is in order. Please reply.
