Which Nadir? The iris360 before the upgrade or the iris360 after the upgrade?

Hi Andrew

Just for my reference. I have v1 of the Iris360. But just came upon this post.

Has there been a change to the Nadir spot? Because I have updated to the most recent firmware, and didn't notice any changes to the size of the Nadir.

Please advise.

Thanks Andrew for the response.

I am a big supporter of your hardware. But it seems like it is really hard to find that information, unless you have provided directly.

Also, I understand there are a lot of moving parts and appreciate the 'upgrade option' to current v1-owners. But I can't seem to find any additional info on the upgrade logistics. As you know, we are using your camera all the time and cannot afford to ship one back while waiting for downtime.

What is the policy in place for the upgrade method? Please advise.

Hi Markus -which product are you asking about for logo size? iSTAR or iris360? If it's iris360 is it the units without or with the upgrade?
