Is that an HDR image? If you take an HDR image and people are moving during the capture you will get this.

the cause iso preference?
And what NCTECH recommend to do with this issue? How to shoot moving objects in outdoors scenes without HDR, but with good quality?
iris360 was designed in consultation with Google specifically for use with their Street View | See Inside program. It was not designed for outdoor shots with moving people and therefore you are unlikely to get optimal results when shooting in those conditions.
What settings would be best suited to shooting without HDR?
Or... may be this issue can be fixed by some software feature which allow to resolve "moving object" problem. Stump your partners from Google by this issue and tell them that the one of the task to mantain tours on Google maps busines view's platform involve scenes with fasades: at front of the building, hotel, cafe, club, etc. Not all objects located so close to the google street view car's paths. And this clients want to have their fasades in the virtual tour.
For example: in this time I shoot panoramas for this client, which not represented on the map to the full. They can't show their streets with GSV feature: https://www.google.com/maps/place/%D0%A2%D0%9E%D0%9E+%22%D0%90%D0%B3%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%84%D0%B8%D1%80%D0%BC%D0%B0+TNK%22/@51.9142463,67.3031263,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x4235e17ffb3c7bcb:0x8408ea0b624ee3f8!8m2!3d51.914243!4d67.305315
How do you capture a shot with people that are not moving? As humans we are always moving slightly. Is there a setting to take an instant shot? My shots of people were blurry both ways.
High ISO + short shutter speed
