did you capture this with HDR Off? Try capturing with HDR On or HDR+.
also, lighting conditions at time of capture make a big difference to image quality. This is true for all kinds of photography and not just pictures taken with the iris360.
I shot this foto with HDR.
And when I try capturing with HDR+, i can not stitch it in Iris360.

In order for me to comment further on the interior HDR image I will need to see the source data from the camera.
Please raise a Support ticket and upload the data to something like DropBox or www.wetransfer.com and add the link to the data on the ticket.
