iris-360 sd card ?

We did two iris-360 shoots in the field today - about 30 photospheres.  All preview (raw) images were visible on the iris-360 app.  We processed the images when we returned to the office and waited more than 4 hours and still wasn't completed-wheel was still turning on the app screen.  

Assuming something wasn't going right, we disconnected the app to see what was on the card.  When we looked at the sdhc card on our mac, there was an error message: "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer." We initialized anyways and noticed that there was no sdhc reader. Any thoughts on this?
