Hi Igor,
You are not doing anything wrong. The RAW file is the ".nctri" file. You can't process these either in PTGUI or in Lightroom: https://nctech.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212412098
Re: Time settings - what do you mean by "not correct"?
I received the camera 1 week ago and for the whole week I'm testing it
Probably I'm doing something wrong, but I don't like the quality.
I would like to do all process by myself, but I' don't see the RAW files. I see one big file around 300 mb in the camera format and PTGUI cannot use it. In the settings I chose to save the RAW files. where they are? Before create the sphere I want to edit files in lightroom. Why after 300 mb of original file I receive 4mb JPG? I need TFT and not JPG.
What I'm dong wrong?
Second question about TIME settings. in the camera settings the TIME is correct, but in the folders name on the memory card it's not correct. How I can fix it?
Thank you!
Igor

Re: Time settings - what do you mean by "not correct"?
what about this:
https://nctech.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212451537-Can-I-stitch-the-iris360-images-myself-
Yes. You will have access to the raw data captured with iris360™ and these can be stitched using NCTech’s free desktop application Immersive Studio or other applications such as PTGui, Autopano Giga after exporting the JPEGs from Immersive Studio.
What the best camera settings to receive the best image quality?
Thank you
Hi Igor,
Yes that's the second part response to your question about RAW. You can't process the RAW file itself outside of Immersive Studio, but you can extract the fisheye JPEG images which you can then stitch using PTGUI etc: https://nctech.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212451537
Here's an FAQ about how to get the best quality images out of iris360: https://nctech.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/215170017
Thank you
I'll check it tonight
Was this sample taken with Iris360?
https://www.nctechimaging.com//samples/iris360/Gallery/im8x105/im8x105.html
If yes how it's so clear and sharp?
Why all of my images are blurry? What I'm doing wrong?
Thank you
Yes Igor - that image was taken with iris360, albeit the version with the tilted up lenses.
If your images are blurry can you raise a Support Ticket on the Support Portal and we'll take a look at them for you.
Can I change my camera to this one with the tilted up lenses?
I want the same camera that i bought
https://www.nctechimaging.com/iris360/
the same camera that you show on all of your examples
I never saw the camera that you sent me in your advertisement
Hi Igor,
No I'm sorry that isn't possible as the product was revised some time ago and the design is as per you now have and as per on our website.
My problem is the lenses focus
Do I need to calibrate the lenses?
Hi Igor,
No you do not need to calibrate the lenses. If you are seeing an issue with your unit please raise a support ticket on the support portal so we can take care of this for you.
I have exactly the same issue like mentioned in this forum
