Why has nobody from nctech answered this post? I just had the same thing happen to me. Huge account for me.....all unrecoverable.They are not willing to reshoot. This issue cost me thousands of dollars. FML

Has anyone been able to recover and use files that were deemed "corrupted"?
I was able to use a windows repair tool to see the complete files (I believe), however, Immersive Studio will not process them.
Any help would be appreciated.
