Support Request for VR World Software and LiDAR Integration

Dear NCTech Team,

I am a NCTech iStar Pulsar user, but I am currently unable to generate any data using the VR World software. I have previously reached out to your team regarding this issue, and I was informed that the software was not functioning.

However, after following your updates on LinkedIn, I noticed that you have been working on VR World projects. I would like to use this software as well, and I need your assistance since I am currently using Immersive Studio 10.9.1, but VR World does not work. Could you provide guidance on how I can resolve this issue?

Additionally, I came across a project where NCTech cameras were integrated with LiDAR scanners. I have multiple LiDAR scanners, and I would like to know if I can achieve a similar integration. If so, could you provide more details on the process?
