iStar Pulsar copy to USB-C

Hi there

I just got a unit of iStar pulsar however i'm not sure how to copy or upload the images taken via the app. This is despite following the instructions from nctech zendesk web.

Right now, i am unable to take images as one set data seem to be "uploading" but i'm not sure where to? This happen after played with setting up the pairing via mobile tethering.  In the VR.World account created, i'm unable to add device as well though i managed to get Google to be link with it.

Will be grateful for any advice rendered.
