hello good afternoon, I have these errors when starting the route, it starts recording and this message comes out, when I go to see I have nothing recorded and I have to restart again because no image is recorded, likewise the maps do not load on the cell phone and the path traveled cannot be visualized. This happened last week. I appreciate your help in correcting this. thnks por your time

This is the other error, the map does not load the cell phone application, therefore the trace cannot be followed correctly.
