App Issues

I have just purchased a Iris 360 from someone (used)

it all seems to work fine but I have been ask to update the firmware.

I have downloaded the firmware, put the sd card into the device but cant proceed to the next step.

The issue is I can navigate round the app because it is constantly loading...

somewhat stuck...

help
