Yes - its enough to get you a reasonable stitch. Add some more control points and run the optimizer then you can save that as a template.

You can edit those coordinates live using the Street View App. It lets you relocate the image as well as change its orientation. But yes, exif data can be changed on a stitched panorama from iSTAR ...
